We've spent enough time on shopfloors to know that something is off.

Every factory wants AI. Almost none can run it. The backbone they're stuck with, an MES built decades ago on rigid PLCs, was made to be set up once and never touched. So the smartest software ever built sits outside the plant, blind to the one thing that matters: the live process. The agents that could read the line, pull the order and retune the process in seconds can't even get in the room.

The most valuable part of the factory is the part AI can't touch. That's the gap.

We're building the missing layer that lets a running factory actually use AI. No rip-out, no multi-year project, no line ever stopped. Agents plug straight into the live process and take on the work done by hand today, while the people who know the plant best stay in control. One interface across every machine, insight the plant never had, and it pays for itself from day one.

We're building the layer AI runs on inside the factory, and everything else plugs into it. Physical AI included, the day it's ready for production.

We don't have all the answers yet. We have a strong opinion about where this is going, and we're building toward it.
